After spending over 20 years as a District Manager within various specialty retail companies, I find Urban Realty a perfect fit for me as a real estate broker. I wanted to take my leadership and sales abilities to a field and company that are aligned with my commitment to excellent customer service. I entered the retail industry while attending Hibbing Community College in Hibbing, Minnesota as a bookkeeper/salesperson. I soon found that my love for the customer and satisfying their needs was natural for me. My career quickly accelerated, and within 3 months became the store manager, and after successfully leading and growing 3 other teams within the next 2 years, became the youngest district managers in the company. I transferred to Charlotte in 1999 to run an Upton?s Department store until the company closed later that year. I entered the advertising business, as it, again, was a natural fit for my extensive customer service background. After 911, I was recruited back to Maurice's and moved back to Wisconsin. After being recruited to Bath and Body Works, I relocated back to Charlotte in 2005. I came to a crossroads in my career knowing I wanted to make a change from the corporate world or retail. I entered Superior School of Real Estate and obtained my broker's license.
Real estate is a natural fit for me. I find immense joy in researching homes for clients based on their needs and helping them throughout the entire selling process from offer to the closing table and beyond. I take joy in the listing and marketing of properties. Although I reside in the University area, I specialize in the entire Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties.
